

PIA-4A/RIZAL: DTI Rizal is set to
conduct a Diskwento Caravan activity this December 13 at the Antipolo City Hall
parking grounds from 6am to 5pm to provide discounted goods such as bread,
medicine, processed meat and other goods for Rizal locals.

sangguniang panglungsod ng Lucena unanimously approved the supplemental budget
no.2. This will be the basis of granting extra bonus of P15,000.00 each to job
order employees of the city government while P30,000.00 each permanent
employees.

Employment Service Office (PESO) conducted local recruitment activity today for
production operators and engineers held at PESO office, Lucena City. The PESO
conducts regular local recruitment activity for jobseekers in the province.

PIA-4A/QUEZON: The Department of
Trade and Industry (DTI) explained that the 'No return, No exchange' policy
should not be imposed in all business establishments. According to Leila
Oliveros, division chief of business regulation and consumer welfare, the
business establishments should allow the consumers to return the merchandise if
found defective. Oliveros also said that business establishments should issue
official receipts to the buyers.

PIA-4A/QUEZON: The city government
of Lucena is planning to construct two industrial park in Lucena City
specifically in barangay Mayao Castillo as well as in the boundary part of
barangays Ibabang Talim and Salinas, Lucena City. Lucena City mayor Roderick
Alcala said during the christmas party of Lucena City bankers association held
last friday at Queen Margarette Hotel, Lucena City that the proposed project
will create thousands of jobs for the local residents of Lucena and its
neighboring towns.
